WEARING A LARIAT

Lariats are a form of necklace - but with no fiddly fasteners - you just tie one end tied loosely with the other. This means you can choose how high or low you want to tie it. This may depend on the neck of the top you are wearing or just what you prefer. If you would like anything particular which you cannot see here or would like to have certain beads, drop, length or colour of cord, (as mentioned in the section called "bespoke service"), please let me know by leaving a message for me on the "contact" section and I will make sure I meet your request as far as I possibly can.

ORDERING

Customer service is extremely important to me and I aim to process standard orders immediately. If you contact me regarding an order before 12 pm, Monday to Friday, I will process and despatch it the same day. Orders received after this time will be despatched the following working day. As mentioned in "delivery options", this will be posted free by Royal Mail 1st Class. If you wish to guarantee next day delivery, you can at The Shopping Cart request this at a cost of £5.50. In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily out of stock, I will notify you of any delay and despatch the items as soon as possible.

However, as each lariat is hand made, this may mean that delivery within the U.K. may take up to 3 working days. Every lariat you order will be as close to the one you have seen on the website as I can possibly manage. However, as every lariat is hand made, this means that each one is unique and slight variations may occur.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Orders are posted FREE of charge to you using Royal Mail 1st Class. This service does not carry insurance and does not have a tracking facility. For orders over £50, this will be sent FREE of charge to you by Royal Mail "Special Delivery", guaranteed to arrive to you by 1pm the next day, provided the order is received by 11am the previous day. This service carries insurance and offers a tracking facility.

I am unable to accept responsibility for delays or losses incurred by the postal service.

Your Bright Stuff handmade jewellery will arrive wrapped in lovely tissue paper and packaged in a beautiful "hot pink", voile drawstring bag.


Changed Your Mind?

Bright Stuff offers a 10 day no-fuss money back guarantee. If you have changed your mind about an item and wish to return it, you can, so long as you inform Bright Stuff within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be worn and returned "as new" with all the packaging intact. Once you've informed Bright Stuff that you wish to return the items and have received an acknowledgement from Bright Stuff, then please do so at your own expense. Once Bright Stuff has received the goods, a full refund will be made via your original payment method.

Damaged Items

The wrapped lariat will be placed in bubble wrap and then sent securely in a jiffy bag to eliminate as far as possible any potential damage while being delivered. If, however, the items are damaged upon receipt, please contact Bright Stuff within 10 days of receiving your items. The items should be repackaged in the original packaging and returned to Bright Stuff. Once Bright Stuff has received the items, a replacement or full refund will be made via your original payment method. If a replacement is required, Bright Stuff will endeavour to reproduce an identical item, although slight variations from the original may occur.
